Sri Gorantla Educational Development Society, was also permitted by NCTE, SRC,
Bangalore to start D.Ed Course on 04-08-2005 in the same building
after completion of inspection. In the meanwhile A.P. State Government was also
issued permission to start D.Ed
College in the name of Gorantla Venkateswarlu & Venkata
Bharatamma Teacher Education Institution, Ongole in our campus of finishing
necessary inspections and D.Ed Staff Approval by SCERT,
Hyderabad.
Our Society started Gorantla Venkateswarlu & Venkata Bharatamma Teacher
Education Institution – D.Ed College from 2007-09 with an intake of 50 students,
affiliated to The Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad,
Recognized by Government of Andhra Pradesh. D.Ed 1st Batch of the
college was completed by August, 2009 with the result of 97%
